More Ugandans Treated in April 2021 than Ever Before
Reading that our Kristina Health Center team treated more people in April would not seem to be good news, assuming that each person treated was a patient with an illness or injury.
Certain many of the over 1,000 Ugandans receiving care from our staff were beset with malaria or other conditions. However, many of those patients were also expecting and delivering mothers, bringing healthy new babies into the world. Meanwhile, several others were also villagers in outlying areas, to which our staff traveled, distributing medication and masks, as well as information about practicing good health and hygiene.
We owe our staff immense gratitude not just for treating so many patients, but also for going above and beyond to prevent illness and help their neighbors life happy and healthy lives!
